Arts, Culture and the Latino Audience
MPAC
Wednesday, Jun 18, 2008 (12:00am)
MPAC partnered with the Behavior Research Center to produce Arts, Culture and the Latino Audience, the first study of its kind to give us a greater understanding of local Latino participation in arts and culture. The Latino demographic is one of the fastest growing markets in the country. Despite this unprecedented growth the Latino community continues to be one of the least understood. The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of the Latino arts and culture consumer as a more nuanced and multi-segmented market. Currently the Latino community contributes over $100 million to the many Greater Phoenix arts and culture events and attractions this city offers. Imagine what this untapped market could contribute if it was fully engaged. The report can be found on our Publications page.
